Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year strategic technology roadmaps aligning with global megatrends
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, advanced AI, and biotech integration
- Partner with C-suite executives to embed future-ready innovations into core business models
- Manage $50M+ innovation portfolios with ROI-focused execution
- Represent the company at Davos, TED, and global tech summits
- Build and lead diverse future-tech labs across 3 continents
- Drive ethical frameworks for emerging technologies (AGI, neural interfaces)
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in future-tech R&D leadership
- Proven track record launching breakthrough products with $100M+ market impact
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics (or equivalent expertise)
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AGI, or neurotech
- Published thought leadership in Nature, MIT Tech Review, or equivalent
- Experience securing government/VC funding for speculative tech projects
- Certified in Futures Studies (WFS) or Technology Foresight
