Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 3-5 year technology foresight frameworks aligned with business objectives
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, biotech, climate tech) for strategic adoption opportunities
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-forward solutions
- Establish KPIs for tech innovation ROI and track adoption metrics
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Build and manage external partnerships with research institutions and startups
- Author annual Future Technology Impact reports for stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization (AI/blockchain/quantum)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and regulatory landscapes
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation skills
