Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with proven roadmap execution
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, or biotech integration
- Published research in AI ethics or emerging technology policy (IEEE/ACM preferred)
- Experience scaling tech initiatives from prototype to enterprise deployment
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
