You'll lead cross-functional teams through the full lifecycle from ideation to market deployment, ensuring our innovations align with emerging ethical frameworks and sustainability standards.
Responsibilities
- Architect long-term technology roadmaps for 2026+ innovations in quantum computing and AI
- Lead R&D initiatives for next-generation human-computer interfaces
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Develop proof-of-concepts for sustainable tech solutions in climate adaptation
- Partner with policy advisors to shape regulatory frameworks for emerging tech
- Mentor junior researchers in experimental design and innovation methodologies
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in launching innovative tech products
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Strong understanding of ethical tech frameworks and sustainability principles
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Experience with agile development and rapid prototyping
- Portfolio of past innovation projects with measurable impact
