Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy for 2026-2030 horizon
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, AI, Web3, climate tech) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and piloting disruptive solutions
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Present technology roadmaps to investors and board members with data-driven insights
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons, research sprints, and talent development
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, generative AI, biotech, or climate tech
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in technology forecasting (patents, journals, keynotes)
- Strong network within Silicon Valley innovation ecosystem
