Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum, AI, blockchain, etc.) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Present strategic roadmaps to investors, board members, and industry partners
- Build and manage a network of academic, startup, and corporate innovation partners
- Author thought leadership content (whitepapers, keynotes) to establish Nexus as a future-tech authority
- Drive ethical technology frameworks and responsible innovation practices
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (quantum/AI/blockchain preferred)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making expertise
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and investment committees
- Deep understanding of global tech trends and regulatory landscapes
- Strong network within Silicon Valley and global tech ecosystems
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to execute ambiguous visions
