Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026-2030 technology strategy aligned with business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, metaverse, etc.) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption ROI and innovation pipeline efficiency
- Present strategic roadmaps to investors, board members, and industry stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with vendor/partner ecosystem oversight
- Drive patent strategy and intellectual property portfolio development
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (e.g., quantum, AI, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Certification in Technology Strategy or Innovation Management preferred
