Qualifications

- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, AI ethics, blockchain
- Proven track record scaling tech products to $100M+ ARR
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering
- Published research in IEEE or Nature journals
- Strong network with DARPA, IEEE, or World Economic Forum
