Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in emerging tech R&D leadership
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or equivalent breakthrough field

- Secured $50M+ in government/VC funding for experimental tech
- Expertise in quantum machine learning and neural lace architectures
