Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 business objectives and market trends
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) with transformative potential
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs and frameworks to measure technology adoption impact and ROI
- Forge strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech innovators
- Anticipate and mitigate ethical, regulatory, and security implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching successful future-tech initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical data
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and board members
- Certifications in technology foresight (e.g., Foresight Practitioner) or strategy preferred
- Portfolio showcasing technology innovation projects with measurable outcomes
