Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science or Quantum Systems Engineering
- 10+ years in emerging tech strategy at FAANG or equivalent
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI ethics or quantum computing
- Security clearance for national tech initiatives
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum simulation tools
- Experience with ISO 27001 and NIST AI Risk Frameworks
- Track record of commercializing futuristic technologies
