Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections and organizational goals
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) with disruptive potential
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate technological trends into actionable business strategies
- Build financial models and ROI projections for futuristic R&D initiatives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators to access early-stage innovations
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of technological curiosity
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or emerging tech consulting
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or services in tech-forward industries
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., generative AI, Web3, advanced robotics)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Exceptional analytical and systems thinking capabilities with data-driven decision-making

- Experience managing innovation budgets exceeding $5M annually
