Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation strategy, aligning with global market trends and business objectives
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) and assess commercial viability
- Design and manage technology incubation programs for breakthrough innovations
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board of directors
- Build partnerships with leading research institutions and technology pioneers
- Oversee patent portfolio development and IP strategy for emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 or scale-up companies
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough technologies to market
- Expertise in future forecasting methodologies and scenario planning
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder alignment
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management (e.g., CFTE, MIT Sloan)
