Responsibilities

- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, Web3, biotech) for strategic opportunities
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering and product teams
- Build strategic partnerships with research institutions and industry pioneers
- Present technology vision to investors, boards, and key stakeholders
- Monitor competitive landscapes and regulatory shifts affecting tech adoption
- Drive R&D investments in breakthrough technologies with 5+ year horizons
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in forecasting tech trends and translating to business value
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Experience building and scaling innovation programs within tech companies
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and technical audiences
- Master's degree in Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating published tech foresight work or patents
