Responsibilities
- Lead research and analysis of emerging technologies (2026-2030 horizon) including quantum computing, neural interfaces, and decentralized AI
- Develop comprehensive technology adoption roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Design scalable frameworks for ethical AI implementation and responsible innovation governance
- Partner with engineering teams to prototype next-gen solutions and validate technical feasibility
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish industry thought leadership through white papers, conferences, and media engagements
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech research
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum, bio-tech, AI ethics, etc.)
- Proven track record of developing and implementing enterprise-wide tech transformation
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts
- Certification in emerging technologies or strategic foresight (e.g., Foresight Professional)
- Strong network within Silicon Valley innovation ecosystem
