Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-5 year technology strategy aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in AI, robotics, and sustainable tech solutions

- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present technology roadmaps and innovation frameworks to executive leadership

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech product development
