Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional innovation initiatives, fostering collaboration between engineering, design, and business units
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to anticipate technological disruptions and market shifts
- Present strategic technology roadmaps and investment recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Establish partnerships with research institutions, startups, and technology pioneers to co-develop future solutions
- Drive organizational adoption of future-ready technologies through change management programs
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their commercial applications
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Executive presence with demonstrated success influencing C-level decisions
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA/MSc preferred)
- Certification in technology foresight, innovation management, or strategic planning (e.g., CFTE, CIMP) highly valued
