Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, identifying emerging trends and disruptive innovations
- Lead cross-functional teams in integrating cutting-edge technologies (AI, quantum computing, AR/VR) into product ecosystems
- Analyze market disruptions and competitive landscapes to recommend strategic pivots
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Mentor technology leaders and foster a culture of innovation through hackathons and R&D initiatives
- Manage vendor partnerships and technology investments for emerging tech ventures
- Represent the company at global tech conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough tech products/services
- Expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or Web3
- Experience scaling technology teams across multiple locations (US/EU/APAC)
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., Horizon Scanning) or innovation management
- Strong financial acumen for managing multi-million dollar tech budgets and ROI analysis
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts
