Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify strategic opportunities through 2026
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional workshops to prioritize R&D investments and innovation initiatives
- Conduct competitive intelligence analysis to position our technology portfolio for future market leadership
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Monitor regulatory and ethical implications of emerging technologies to ensure responsible innovation
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate future technologies into development pipelines
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record developing multi-year technology roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, IoT, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with experience in market research and competitive analysis
- Exceptional communication abilities to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in strategic planning or technology foresight (e.g., CFTE, CTP) preferred
