Responsibilities

- Partner with C-suite to align tech initiatives with business objectives
- Manage $5M+ R&D budget across experimental projects
- Present findings to international tech summits and regulatory bodies
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-tech adoption
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ at executive level
- Published research in quantum computing or AI ethics
- Experience with DARPA/NASA innovation programs
- Proficiency in scenario planning and trend analysis
- Track record of launching $10M+ tech initiatives
- Strong network in global tech innovation circles
- Certification in Technology Foresight (preferred)
