Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with business objectives and market trends
- Lead research on emerging technologies (quantum computing, generative AI, biotech interfaces) and assess commercial viability
- Champion ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation practices across all tech initiatives
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align technical teams with strategic vision
- Present technology forecasts and investment recommendations to the executive board
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Mentor innovation teams in agile methodologies and future-proof development practices
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption and commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Certification in strategic foresight or technology forecasting (preferred)
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Experience scaling tech initiatives from prototype to enterprise deployment
- MSc/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Portfolio demonstrating technology innovation impact (required)
