Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps integrating AI, blockchain, and IoT ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions for 2026 market readiness
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, biotech, AR/VR) to identify competitive opportunities
- Establish ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems and AI deployment
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven impact projections
- Drive innovation sprints with Silicon Valley partners to accelerate commercialization

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy with 3+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record scaling AI/quantum initiatives from concept to market
- Certification in Future Studies or Technology Foresight (e.g., APF, WFS)
- Experience with scenario planning for disruptive tech adoption
- Deep knowledge of ethical AI frameworks and regulatory landscapes
