Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and emerging trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating disruptive technologies
- Analyze quantum computing, AI governance, and climate tech convergence points
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Present future-vision frameworks to executive stakeholders and investors
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and their implications for industry strategy
- Drive innovation sprints focused on 2026+ technological inflection points
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or emerging tech R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable tech
- Proven track record of translating future vision into executable roadmaps
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to model complex systems
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and technical audiences
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight preferred
