- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging technology adoption across enterprise clients
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Present future-vision frameworks to C-suite executives and board members
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Author thought leadership publications on next-gen tech implications
- Manage $2M+ innovation budget for prototype development
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Proven track record launching tech products with 5+ year market impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, bio, AI)
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Published thought leader in tech innovation (IEEE, MIT Tech Review, etc.)
- Experience scaling innovation in Fortune 500 environments
- Certified Futurist (CFP) or equivalent strategic foresight certification
