Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 global technology strategy across AI, quantum, and bio-convergence domains
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Identify emerging tech disruptors and create competitive moats through IP portfolio development
- Present strategic visions to C-suite and board members with data-driven impact projections
- Establish industry-wide partnerships with leading research institutions and Fortune 100 companies
- Mentor next-generation technologists through our Future Leaders program
- Drive sustainable tech initiatives achieving net-positive environmental impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in executive leadership
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough tech products generating $100M+ revenue
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or emerging tech verticals
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (PhD/MBA preferred)
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech journals (Nature, IEEE, etc.)
- Experience scaling teams from 10 to 500+ technologists
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/Java/C++)
- Portfolio of successfully commercialized innovations
