Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for clients in quantum computing, biotech, and climate tech
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with global impact potential
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite executives and government stakeholders
- Author white papers on ethical AI adoption and responsible innovation
- Manage $10M+ R&D budgets for experimental technology initiatives
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and national labs
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging technologies
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Proven track record delivering enterprise-scale AI/quantum solutions
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology
- Certified Futurist (CFP) or similar foresight certification
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Experience securing government grants for advanced research projects
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming frameworks
