Responsibilities
- Lead strategic technology horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify innovations with 2026 market potential
- Develop and execute technology adoption roadmaps aligned with business objectives and regulatory landscapes
- Partner with product teams to integrate emerging technologies into core offerings
- Establish ethical frameworks and governance protocols for AI, quantum, and biotech implementations
- Represent company at global tech forums and shape industry standards for future technologies
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future technology implications and adoption strategies
- Quantify ROI projections for emerging tech investments and secure executive buy-in
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with demonstrated impact on future-focused initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, generative AI, or biotechnology
- Proven track record of translating complex technological concepts into business value
- Strong background in ethical technology governance and regulatory compliance frameworks
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Executive presence with ability to influence C-suite decisions and communicate complex concepts
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
