Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/AI with 10+ years in strategic tech leadership
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum machine learning
- Proven track record scaling AI systems to 10M+ users
- Deep expertise in federated learning and zero-knowledge proofs
- Experience with UN SDG-aligned tech frameworks
- Patent portfolio with 15+ granted AI/quantum patents
- Fluency in Mandarin, Japanese, and Python
