- Develop strategic technology roadmaps spanning 3-5 years with measurable KPIs
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineers, designers, and product teams
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators for R&D collaboration
- Monitor competitive landscape and regulatory shifts affecting tech adoption
- Drive implementation of pilot programs for emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy or innovation management
- Proven track record developing long-term tech roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, AR/VR, blockchain, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Strong background in agile methodologies and rapid prototyping
- Experience presenting to executive leadership and boards
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in strategic foresight or technology forecasting preferred
