Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026+ technology roadmaps aligning with UN SDGs and market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams to prototype quantum-AI hybrid systems for climate modeling
- Forge strategic partnerships with NASA, MIT Media Lab, and World Economic Forum initiatives
- Design scalable frameworks for ethical AI deployment in high-stakes industries
- Present future-tech strategies to C-suite executives and government innovation councils
- Manage $5M+ R&D budgets for emerging technology incubation programs
- Author thought leadership publications in Nature Futures and TechCrunch Disrupt
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futures Studies
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 3+ years in exponential tech domains
- Proven track record launching AI/quantum solutions with >1M user impact
- Deep expertise in futures forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Certification in Quantum Machine Learning from IBM or Google Quantum AI
- Prior experience securing grants from DARPA, NSF, or Horizon Europe
- Published research in top-tier journals (Science, Nature Technology) or equivalent
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming frameworks
