- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive innovations and competitive threats
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and technology adoption readiness
- Forge strategic partnerships with academia, startups, and industry leaders
- Author thought leadership reports on technology evolution scenarios
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Expertise in scenario planning and future trend analysis
- Strong technical background (CS, Engineering, or Data Science preferred)
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight (e.g., CFTE)
