Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 3+ in emerging tech leadership
- Published research in Nature/Science with 500+ citations
- Proven track record of scaling tech teams from 5 to 50+ members
- Expertise in quantum machine learning and neuromorphic computing
- Experience securing federal grants (SBIR, DARPA, NSF)
- Certified in Tech Strategy from MIT or Stanford
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
