Responsibilities

- Develop comprehensive technology adoption frameworks for next-gen innovations including AI ethics, quantum applications, and climate tech
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives bridging engineering, product, and business development teams
- Create competitive intelligence reports and scenario planning for disruptive technology shifts
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership with clear ROI projections
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers to accelerate innovation cycles
- Oversee patent strategy and IP development for breakthrough technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech innovation roles
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains: quantum computing, advanced AI, biotech, or climate tech
- Proven track record of translating complex tech concepts into commercial strategies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to model long-term technology adoption curves
- Experience developing technology roadmaps with 5+ year horizons
- Executive presence with exceptional presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism or innovation strategy preferred
