- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling disruptive technologies, including AI, blockchain, and IoT
- Establish strategic partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry consortia
- Create technology adoption roadmaps for enterprise-wide integration of emerging capabilities
- Present technology visions and progress to executive stakeholders and board members
- Monitor industry disruption patterns and recommend proactive adaptation strategies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or related leadership role
- Proven track record developing future-tech roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, decentralized systems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (MBA preferred)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex tech concepts into business strategy
- Experience managing R&D budgets exceeding $10M and cross-functional teams of 50+
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation (patents, white papers, or keynotes)
- Certification in emerging tech domains (e.g., AWS Machine Learning, TensorFlow)
