Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with UN Sustainable Development Goals and global market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-resistant encryption systems
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with $2M+ annual innovation budget
- Advocate for ethical AI frameworks in partnership with IEEE and WEF
- Drive patent portfolios targeting 50+ filings in quantum and climate tech by 2026
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board of directors quarterly
- Mentor emerging tech fellows through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Systems Engineering
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum computing or AI alignment
- Deep expertise in blockchain, neuromorphic chips, and carbon capture tech
- Experience securing $10M+ in R&D grants from DARPA, NSF, or Horizon Europe
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Global network of 500+ tech innovators through conference speaking
- Certified in AI Ethics from IEEE and Quantum Computing from IBM
