Responsibilities
- Lead technology horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ strategic initiatives
- Develop and execute multi-year technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3) for adoption potential
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and stakeholders
- Manage cross-functional innovation projects with engineering and product teams
- Build strategic partnerships with technology pioneers and research institutions
- Monitor global tech policies and competitive landscapes to inform strategy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (MBA/MSc preferred)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Strong network within global tech innovation ecosystems
