Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen hardware/software solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academia and emerging tech startups
- Present future-tech visions to C-suite and investor stakeholders
- Mentor junior researchers in emerging technology methodologies
- Conduct horizon-scanning for disruptive tech trends
- Drive patent development for proprietary innovations
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in R&D leadership with proven tech commercialization track record
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or circular economy tech
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 journals
- Experience securing $1M+ in innovation grants or venture funding
- Proficiency in technology forecasting frameworks (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Strong stakeholder management across technical and non-technical domains
