Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for AI, quantum, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen human-computer interfaces
- Anticipate regulatory and ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Forge strategic partnerships with quantum hardware startups and AI research institutes
- Present technology vision to C-suite and board of directors quarterly
- Manage $2M+ annual innovation budget for experimental technology initiatives
- Monitor patent landscapes and competitor technology portfolios
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Biotechnology (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in technology strategy with Fortune 500 or unicorn startup experience
- Published research in Nature or Science on emerging technologies
- Expertise in quantum algorithm design or neuromorphic computing
- Proven track record of launching commercialized AI/biotech products
- Fluency in Mandarin, German, or Japanese for global collaboration
- Security clearance (or eligibility) for classified R&D projects
