Responsibilities

- Manage $2M+ annual innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Mentor junior strategists through our Future Leaders Academy program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 or unicorn-scale companies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record of launching technologies with $100M+ market impact
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains: quantum systems, neuromorphic computing, or synthetic biology
- Published author in peer-reviewed technology journals or top-tier industry publications
- Professional certification in Strategic Foresight (CFP) or Technology Management
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
