Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and develop strategic implementation roadmaps for 2026-2030
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and product managers in executing innovation initiatives
- Conduct scenario planning for technological disruption and develop mitigation/adaptation strategies
- Build partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry leaders to drive collaborative innovation
- Present strategic vision to C-suite executives and external stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives
- Oversee R&D budget allocation and technology portfolio optimization
- Develop ethical frameworks for emerging technology adoption and implementation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year tech roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning and futures forecasting methodologies
- Strong background in ethical technology governance and responsible innovation
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Portfolio of successfully implemented technology transformation initiatives
