Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, spatial computing)
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for disruptive tech adoption
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Manage innovation budget allocation and ROI tracking for future-tech initiatives
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Author thought leadership content on industry transformation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of scaling emerging technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or decentralized systems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration
- Strong analytical skills with experience in scenario modeling and tech forecasting
- Exceptional communication abilities for executive-level presentations
- Experience managing $5M+ innovation budgets
- Certifications in technology management or innovation frameworks preferred
