- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with trillion-dollar market potential
- Secure executive buy-in for future-focused initiatives through data-driven presentations
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and global research consortia
- Design governance frameworks for ethical deployment of advanced technologies
- Mentor a team of future technology architects and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum algorithms, AGI development, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record of launching technologies with $100M+ market impact
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or Bioengineering from top-tier institution
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent peer-reviewed journals
- Experience securing $50M+ in R&D funding from public/private sources
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes for next-gen technologies
- Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
