- Analyze emerging tech disruptors (neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology, decentralized AI) and assess commercial viability
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs globally
- Present technology vision to investors, board members, and industry consortia
- Drive R&D budget allocation and resource optimization for future-focused initiatives
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic trends impacting tech adoption timelines
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record of launching tech products with 10+ year market impact
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum algorithms, climate tech, or neurotech
- Executive-level experience managing $50M+ R&D portfolios
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Proficiency in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish preferred for global stakeholder engagement
