Responsibilities
- Architect 2026-ready technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, Web3, and neuro-interfaces
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing AI governance frameworks and ethical AI deployment protocols
- Drive innovation in sustainable tech solutions including carbon-negative data centers and circular tech models
- Partner with product teams to translate emerging research into patent-pending commercial applications
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption rates and ROI in emerging tech verticals
- Present strategic visions to investors and board members quarterly
- Maintain competitive analysis of global tech trends and regulatory landscapes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum/AI/Blockchain)
- Proven track record leading enterprise-scale digital transformation projects
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks and regulatory compliance (GDPR, CCPA)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong network within tech innovation ecosystems (VCs, research institutions)
- Certification in Technology Strategy or Innovation Management preferred
- Published thought leadership in tech ethics or future trends
- Experience with agile development in regulated industries
