- Lead cross-disciplinary R&D initiatives with $50M+ annual budgets
- Identify emerging tech disruptors through patent analysis and academic partnerships
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Drive implementation of ISO 27001-compliant innovation frameworks
- Manage 15-person technical teams across 3 global R&D hubs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Systems Engineering
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Proven track record of scaling tech ventures to $100M+ valuations
- Expertise in blockchain, neuromorphic computing, and carbon-neutral systems
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Security clearance or ability to obtain government-level clearance
