Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to develop a 2026 technology roadmap
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic technology insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Identify and evaluate disruptive startups for potential partnerships or acquisitions
- Develop scenarios for technology adoption and market disruption in 2026
- Oversee implementation of pilot programs for cutting-edge technologies
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate future innovations into commercial offerings
- Establish KPIs to measure the impact of strategic technology initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or corporate R&D
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year tech roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, IoT, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional strategic communication skills with ability to influence C-level executives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (MBA/MSc preferred)
- Portfolio of successfully launched technology innovations or strategic initiatives
- Certification in technology management or innovation strategy (e.g., CDMP, CTO)
