- Partner with C-suite executives to align technology strategy with corporate vision
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for emerging tech landscapes
- Manage R&D budget allocation for future-focused projects
- Represent company at global tech summits and future-tech conferences
- Mentor innovation teams on futuristic technology adoption frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing)
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives to enterprise level
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with futures forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Certifications in cloud architecture and digital transformation
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation publications
