- Develop comprehensive 5-year technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, neural interfaces, and climate tech innovations
- Lead cross-disciplinary R&D teams in prototyping next-gen human-computer interaction systems
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging threats and opportunities in post-2025 tech landscapes
- Design ethical frameworks for AI governance and autonomous system deployment
- Present technology forecasts to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-driven impact analysis
- Manage $50M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with proven experience in emerging tech adoption cycles
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Future Studies (PhD preferred)
- Deep expertise in at least three of: quantum algorithms, synthetic biology, neuromorphic computing, or Web3 infrastructure
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Experience scaling technology ventures from concept to $100M+ valuation
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., from foresight organizations)
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
