Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech specialization

- Deep expertise in regulatory frameworks for AI and autonomous systems
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or ACM journals on future tech
- Certification in Quantum Machine Learning or Advanced AI Ethics
- Experience with cross-continental technology integration projects
