Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neurotech, AI ethics) and develop 2026 implementation roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions with measurable ROI projections
- Forge strategic partnerships with research institutions and industry disruptors
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to the executive board
- Design scalable frameworks for integrating emerging technologies into existing ecosystems
- Champion innovation through hackathons, R&D sprints, and vendor evaluations
- Monitor geopolitical/regulatory shifts affecting tech deployment strategies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or emerging tech roles
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, or decentralized AI
- Proven track record of launching tech products with $50M+ market impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts for diverse stakeholders
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies (preferred)
- Experience leading global cross-functional teams in agile environments
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFTE)
